简 介 上海圣华副食品有限公司成立于2000年，坐落上海奉贤区航塘公路1680号。现为上海市民族和宗教事务委员会唯一批准的一家清真生鲜家禽生产供应商企业。公司集家禽种鸡养殖、种蛋孵化、肉禽养殖、屠宰加工、产品销售和冷链配送为一体的综合性现代肉禽加工企业，也是奉贤区农业产业化重点龙头企业。公司年养殖与屠宰加工生产能力300万羽，二期工程项目年养殖与屠宰加工生产能力为1000万羽。目前通过加工已形成浦东三黄鸡、绿头野鸭、朗德鹅为主体的3大类62种产品，主要形式为鲜品系列、真空包装系列、家禽分割系列、鹅肥肝及鹅分割系列等，现有屠宰流水设备5台套，生产车间建筑面积4350Ｍ2拥有17辆专业配送车，负责全年配送鲜肉禽全市网点达170多家，公司职工160人。2008年公司通过国际标准食品安全管理体系认证，2011年公司通过质量管理体系和食品安全管理体系的双体系认证。公司实施由奉贤区政府动物卫生监督机构的监督员驻厂进行屠宰前动物和加工成品的检疫，生产线实施规范卫生管理，产品可追溯源头，肉禽产品让市民消费更加放心。数年来公司认真贯彻上海市政府部门的食品卫生管理与治理整顿精神，管理上有着长足的进步。2003年公司被列入国家农业综合开发科技推广示范企业，2004年被上海市政府指定为家禽屠宰定点单位，2006年被上海市政府民宗委指定为上海六国元首峰会清真产品专供企业，2007年被上海市政府民宗委批准为清真食品（家禽）定点生产供应企业，2007年被推荐为特奥会清真产品供应企业，2008年被推荐为奥运会上海赛区清真产品供应企业，2009年度被评选为餐饮优选品牌及优秀食用农产品配送企业，2010年被指定为世博会清真产品供应企业，2011年又被指定为上海举办的第14届国际泳联世界锦标赛的食品原料供应商企业。Company Profile ShanghaiShenghua Food Co., Ltd, established in 2000, is a leading agriculturalenterprise, located in Airlines 1680 Hang Tong Road, Fengxian District,Shanghai .Shenghua is appointed as the only provider of Halal Fresh Poultry byShanghai Ethnic and Religions Affairs Committee.Integrating eggs Incubation, ChickenBreeding, Poultry farming ,Slaughter and processing ,Product sales, Cold chaindistribution, Shenghua is a Comprehensive Modern Enterprise.With the Productioncapacity more than 3 millions on breeding andslaughter and processing ,It will be up to 10 millionswhen the expansion project be completed.Shenghuacompany has developed three major series products, involved 62 species such asSanHuang Chicken,Grass Duck,Mallard,Langde Goose etc.Mainly, the form of ourproducts involves fresh product series,vacuum packaging series,poultry divisionseries and goose liver etc.Equippedwith 5 sets of production line,the workshop's construction area is 4350 Squaremeters.17 professional vehicles have been in charge of annual distribution tomore than 170 outlets.
