重庆索尔汽车配件有限公司成立于2006年，初期注册资本50万元，总投资2000万元，2015年产值近4000万元；工厂占地面积约为8000M2，目前拥有员工200名，其中管理人员23名，现拥有30工位发泡线一条，手工线两条，年发泡产能达到300万台套, EPP生产线四条，年产量200万台套。产品囊括：普通泡沫，轻质防火泡沫、再生海绵、NVH 系列,遮阳板泡沫系列，EPP系列等；合作的一级配套企业：长鹏、欧拓、全兴，直接配套的主机厂：北汽银翔、东风小康、潍柴汽车、重庆力帆，二级配套的逐级厂有：长安汽车，长安福特，长安铃木，上汽通用五菱等Chongqing Soar Auto Parts Company is established in 2006,the original registered capital is 50 thousands, the total investment is 20 million , total sales in 2015 is nearly 40 million. Current factory area is 8000 m2,total 200 employees .We have an automotive 30 working station round PU foaming line，two handy foaming lines, total foam capacity is more than 3 million sets per year. Another four EPP line can produce 2 million sets per year. Product including normal and NVH foam, light anti-fire foam, recycled foam, sunvisor inside foam, and EPP parts. We supply auto parts to BMW, FORD,SUZUKI,BAIS,SAIC, Changan via its tire 1 supplier like autoneum ,changpeng etc. And also some local OEMS like YINXIANG,XIAOKANG,LIFAN.
