(XREM) was registered in Xuzhou in 2005 as a wholly foreign owned company by Rothe Erde GmbH of Germany ThyssenKrupp and locates in Luoshan Road, Xuzhou Economic Development Zone. The registered capital is 2,774 million dollars.Rothe Erde is the worldwide leading manufacturer of non-ferrous metal rings, headquarter is located in Dortmund, and the research & development centre is in Lippstadt, Germany.The foundation for success in XREM is more than 100 years of experience in steel working from Rothe Erde, and advanced production equipments, the core equipment of which is produced and installed by SMS GmbH.
