Bovon is a 50:50 Joint Venture between the Power tools division of Robert Bosch Group and Chervon Holdings Limited, Hong Kong China.搏峰公司成立于2007年1月30日，目前拥有500多位员工，其中近100位从事研发和技术类工作。公司产品经由双方母公司销往世界各地，为专业和高端业余用户提供服务。Bovon was founded on January 30th, 2007 and has more than 500 associates till now.
