Jiangsu Sainty Hantang Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 (original name: Jiangsu Sainty International Group Wuxi Branch), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Sainty Co., Ltd.,which is a large group and listed company in Jiangsu. In order to further adapt to the development of market, the original enterprise restructured in 2001, and renamed “Jiangsu Sainty Hantang Trading Co., Ltd.” in Jan. 2002. The registered capital is RMB40 million, Jiangsu Sainty Co., Ltd. hold 30% share. Sainty Hantang backed by large state-owned enterprises, meanwhile, a new mechanism to adapt to the market, sales volume is increasing year by year, business category continues to expand, the customers all over the world. In 2009 August, Jiangsu Hantang International Trading Group purchased all shares except the part of Jiangsu Sainty Co., Ltd., and controlled Jiangsu Sainty Hantang Trading Co., Ltd.
