Shanghai MingKai Municipal Engineering Co. Ltd. is one of main companies for construction of Shanghai. With certificates for Class A qualification and credit for a gengral construction contractor of nationwide highway works, Class A qualification for a general construction contractor of municipal public works, Class A qualification for a specialized contractor for bridge works, and Class B qualification for a general construction contractor of housing construction works issued by the Ministry of construction and Ministry of Communications.

The company is qualified to undertake construction projects of highways, bridges, tunnels, municipal public and housing construction works at different levels.
