Ltd.was founded in 1990 and is a joint stock enterprise of independentlegal entity status. Taisang obtained Level A qualification for constructionand decoration engineering specialty and level A for construction anddecoration design approved by state Ministry of Construction(It also has the architecturalcurtain wall, steel structure, building intelligent, mechanical and electricalinstallation and construction of qualification, curtain wall design levelB).Thecompany is the only enterprise in Dalian of China as approved by state Ministryof Commerce. The company has obtained overseas contracted projects, domesticinternational bidding project surveying, consulting, design and engineeringsupervision.It also has required equipment, materials and labor personnel outsidethe project in oversea project.And the company has passedtwofold, i.e. international and domestic quality management systemaccreditation under ISO9001-2000.
