沈阳科迪通达矿山机械有限公司前身是东北煤矿洗选设备公司，始建于1991年。公司下辖选煤设计研究所、选煤（矿山）机械制造厂、煤矿（40%股权）和炼焦煤选煤厂，年总产值肆亿叁仟万，是东北地区唯一集选煤设备研发、选煤厂工程设计、选煤（矿山）机械制造及采煤、选煤于一体的股份制公司。中煤选煤协会东北分会和选煤情报站东北地区站亦设置在本公司。

Shenyang Kedi Tongda Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd.established in 1991 was once called Northeast Coal Washing-Separatng Equipment Co.,Ltd.The company's subsidiaries include coal separating design institue, coal separating(mine)machinery manufacturing factory,coal mine(holding 40% of the shares)and coking coal separating plant,with an annual output value of four hundred and tenth million yuan,which makes the company the only stock holding compang integrating coal separating equipment R&D,engineering design of coal separating plant,manufacture of coal separating(mine)machinery and coal mining&separating.Northeast Branch of ChinaCoal Coal Separating Association and Northeast Station of Coal Separating Information Station are also set up in our company.
