江苏省水利机械制造有限公司座落在古城扬州,占地面积10多万平方米,东临京杭大运河,南依328国道,厂内建有专用码头,水陆交通便利,现有职工400多人,工程技术人员120多人,拥有金属结构件制作,机械加工,热处理等设备500多台套,是全国水利优秀企业、水利部全面质量管理验收合格单位,江苏省高新技术企业、建设银行省一级信用企业,连续多年获扬州市“文明单位”称号、1998年通过ISO9002质量体系认证,现已执行三合一管理体系。公司主要产品有:水工钢结构、系列两栖式清淤机、绞吸式挖泥船、固定式启闭机、液压启闭机、移动和固定式清污机、割草机、环保设备、门式和桥式起重机、牵引机、压力钢管等。生产许可证和使用许可证齐全。多年来为水利、水电工程制作安装过1000多个工程项目近5000套多种类型的钢闸门和启闭机,受到国内外用户的好评,其中有的工程曾获国家金质奖和银质奖。我公司产品还出口俄罗斯、叙利亚、尼泊尔、巴基斯坦、伊朗、也门等九个国家。 两栖式清淤机曾荣获水利部优秀科技成果奖,现已成系列销往全国二十多个省、市、自治区。在河道清淤、滩涂开发工程中发挥了巨大的作用。The Jiangsu General Factory of Water Conservancy Machinery is a standing director unit of Conservancy Machinery Association of MWR in China, a key enterprise of manufacturing and installing of water conservancy and hydropower metal structures, a civilized unit of Jiangsu province, provincial class A credit unit of China Construction Bank, and a measurement confirmed unit of Yangzhou city. In 1998, the factory has pass the attestation of ISO9002-1994 Quality Assure System and got ISO9002-2000 edition in 2002. Major products in the factory include: steel structures, a series of amphibious dredges, cutter dredges, gate hoists, movable and fixed raking equipments, and penstocks etc.. The factory has completely possessed the permission certificates of production and utilization. The factory is established in 1958 and located at the urban district of Yangzhou city. Its east is near the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal and its south is the No 312 national highway. The area of the factory is about 100,000 m2 and a special water transportation yard within the factory. The factory has about 500 employees including near 120 technicians. The factory owned more than 500 sets of various equipments including metal structure manufacture, machining, thermal treatment, forging and non-ferrous metal casting etc. and also owned a complete set of tools for check and measurement. In past many years, the factory has made and installed near 5000 sets of various steel gates and hoists for more than 1000 projects of water conservancy and hydropower. The factory has been commended by the users for the high quality of its products, and won some national gold and silver medals. The products have output nine countries such as the Kingdom of Nepal, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Yemen etc.. The amphibious dredgers were awarded an excellent prize of scientific and technical products of MWR in China. Now they have been sold to more than 20 provinces, metropolises and autonomous regions in China and have played huge rules for river/channel dredging and beach reclamation projects. The quality principle of the factory is appropriate products, excellent qualities and perfect services
