Ltd.(ZhongDa Enterprise Co., Lrd.) was founded in Beijing on March 5th, 1986 as a joint venture between China State Construction Engineering Corporation and Taisei Corporation ( Japan ), following to their successful cooperation in the construction of the Comprehensive Hospital in Iraq and the Shangrila Hotel in Beijing .
